Can I submit a project without a finished drawing?
Yes. You can contact us even if your design is not yet finalized. Please provide as much information as possible, such as dimensions, material requirements, application, operating temperature, quantity, or reference samples. Our team can review your requirements and help determine a suitable manufacturing solution.
Can you recommend a suitable material?
Yes. We can recommend suitable materials based on your operating temperature, mechanical requirements, insulation properties, chemical resistance, thickness, flexibility, and application environment. Our material options include PI, PTFE, PEEK, PPS, PET, PEN, silicone, fiberglass, and other specialty materials.
Can I request an NDA before review?
Yes. If your project involves confidential drawings, designs, specifications, or other proprietary information, you can request an NDA before sharing detailed project information. Please indicate your NDA requirement when submitting your inquiry.
What information is needed for an accurate quote?
For an accurate quotation, please provide the material, dimensions, thickness, drawing or sample, tolerances, quantity, application, and any special requirements. If you have specific packaging, labeling, or delivery requirements, please include those as well.
